My approach is warm and compassionate. We will increase your confidence and find creative solutions to bring greater ease and joy into daily life. I enjoy providing psychoeducation, because knowledge is power. My clients and I often find ourselves laughing in session, as life is tough to navigate without a bit of (sometimes dark) humor.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor in the state of Arizona. I have more than eight years of experience in the mental health field and love supporting clients navigate the complexities of life.

Trauma Therapy
EMDR is a powerful, evidence-based modality for treating trauma. EMDR takes “the sting” out of overwhelming and painful memories, and helps us to literally leave the past where it belongs by processing trauma out of the brain’s limbic system and into long term memory. EMDR is also highly effective at shifting negative beliefs we hold about ourselves.
Clinical Supervision
I am credentialed as a clinical supervisor in the state of Arizona and absolutely love mentoring early career clinicians. Are you working towards independent licensure? Interested in starting your own practice and seeking some guidance? Let’s talk!
Investment
$150 per session
I accept Aetna, UnitedHealth, Oscar, and Optum commercial insurances.
I also offer a monthly superbill to those who would like to use out of network insurance benefits for possible reimbursement.
